SHIPPING:

Order Processing and Shipment:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of payment approval.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation, including tracking information to keep you updated on the status of your order.


RETURNS:

At Safari Distributions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. 


Required Documentation: To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, particularly for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

Check your bank account again if you haven't received your refund.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
Reach out to your bank, as there is often additional processing time involved.

SALE ITEMS

We can only refund regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:

We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@safari-distributions.com for assistance.

RETURN SHIPPING:


You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives Damaged Upon Arrival (DOA), please contact our customer service team immediately to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label.

Our customer service team will issue a refund for damaged products when proof of damage is provided. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
