At Safari Distributions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.Β 

Required Documentation: To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, particularly for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

We can only refund regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at for assistance.


You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


In the unfortunate event that your order arrives Damaged Upon Arrival (DOA), please contact our customer service team immediately to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label.
