Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It should be in its original packaging.
Exempted Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or sanitary goods.
Hazardous materials.
Flammable liquids or gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for the following items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable): In specific situations, partial refunds may be considered. These situations include but are not limited to:

Books with evident signs of use.
Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company.
Reach out to your bank.
If you've completed these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at support@safari-distributions.com.

Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@safari-distributions.com for further assistance. To exchange an item, mail it to the return address provided above.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Return Shipping: To return your product, please mail it to the provided return address. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
